We are small family goat farm in Hermiston, Oregon and we raise registered Nigerian Dwarf and Mini Lamanchas. Our goals are:
The root stock of our Nigerian herd comes from a few different breeders, including Almar Acres, Blythmoor, Elfin Acres and Loperrized Nigerians. We've added a buck from IlenesRascals and Springwater. These breeders have excellent lines and we have admired their breedings and lines.
Our mini lamancha herd stock came from Glimmercroft and Goldenwood farm, and we have a buck from Desertwinds. Again, these breeders spent years developing their herds and we get to reap the benefits of their experience. Our minis are excellent milkers and can really fill the pail. Goldenwood ST Hazelnut has a beautiful udder that she has passed on to her daughter Diamond L Goats JH Pecan and Diamond L Goats LN Miss Diva.
This year our does will be on DHIR milk testing again.
