Elsa was with us for only a year but she quickly became my favorite doe. She had a funny , quirky personality and a gentleness that endeared her to me. During the summer of 2016, I often let her out of the pasture and she would follow me around in between trips to the hay stack where she got to eat uninterrupted without being jostled by the other does. Elsa passed away from the complications that arose after her babies died inside her at nearly full term. I miss you girl.
